Eileen uses her experience as a drama teacher in her meditation classes.
A Journey using real life experiences to demonstrate the presence of Dharma in every part of our lives! Exciting, thought-provoking and always fun! As a former drama teacher Eileen uses interesting props & picture concepts to assist teachings & help the class to remember meanings. A friendly, warm & safe environment where teacher & class members can share experiences & feel comfortable to ask any questions that may arise.Eileen has a wonderful, warm, charismatic & kind approach which puts everyone at ease. By sharing knowledge and a vast life experience of her global travels and many funny stories along the way we are truly blessed to be part of such a beautiful group something to really look forward to every week.
