Retreat is a time to escape from our busy modern lives, take a breather and find some real peace of mind inside. It is an opportunity to connect with the tranquility of our mind that is just below the surface.

This retreat is for people with Highest Yoga Tantra (HYT) empowerments to deepen their experience of their daily Vajrayogini practice. The retreat will take place at Middleton Hall in Northumberland.
All accommodation is high quality and most rooms are ensuite. All meals are provided and are vegetarian. The retreat will begin on Friday 4th January with supper at 6pm followed by an introduction at 7:30pm.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is not refundable, but your place could be transfered to another person with HYT.  
Saturday - Thursday there will be 4 sessions a day 7:30-9, 10:30-12, 4-5:30 and 7:30-9pm 
In addition we will do Heart Jewel at 12-1 and Three Superior Heaps at 5:30pm
Friday 11th we will have one final session at 9:30-11 before we pack up the meditation room and then we have the option of going to a cafe on the way home for lunch.
For the full week:
£385 for singles (en suite) and £255 for twin pp and £245 for dormitory places.
For two day retreat: £150 pp in a dormitory
We also have two rooms which are not ensuite which are available for a £20 discount - please
