What To Expect

Classes begin with a simple guided meditation exercise to reduce stress, tension, and distractions. This is followed by a discussion on how to apply Buddhist principles in daily life. Finally, there is a guided meditation designed to help us gain deeper experience of the subject of the class.

After the class there is a chance to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while relaxing, and a chance to discuss the ideas presented in the class with the teacher and other participants.

All the classes listed here are drop-in classes and are open to everyone. You do not need any previous experience to attend, nor do you need to pre-register. Just choose a class and come along.

In order to cover the costs for running these classes we must charge £5 full price or £4.00 concessionary. We can no longer accept a voluntary donation.
Why not come along and see for yourself what meditation can do for you?
