General Programme

Classes include guided meditations, teachings and discussions, designed to help you benefit from Buddhist concepts in your daily life. No need to book, simply turn up for the class and enjoy some meaningful time. The classes last around two hours (shorter classes at some venues), there will be opportunity to chat with other students informally at the end of the class over some refreshments.
