In our modern lives is is hard to escape the constant battle for our attention.

Work, the constant bombardment from advertising, even our family commitments can leave us drained and agitated. A peaceful mind can feel unattainable.

In the first session of an 8 week series dealing with Stress and Anxiety we explore how to connect with inner peace.
