Dharma Dinkies is a new class for babies, pre-school children and their grown ups. It is facilitated by Dharma practitioner, Janine, with her 1 year old baby, Pearl.
The session involves simple meditations for the grown ups, space for stories, cuddles and play, in a quiet and calming environment with time for a cup of tea and a chat!
We welcome all ages from birth and all abilities from beginners.
